The solution works on the principle of "Vruksha Ayurved" which is an ancient text that is a branch of Ayurveda that deals with growing plants using ancient farming practices. It is made using edible products and plant beneficial bacteria's. The micro-organisms are extracted from various sources and are either in semi-liquid or liquid state. This solution containing various micro-organisms is then mixed with fuller’s earth at room temperature which acts as a carrier medium. The mixture is then left to dry naturally. After the mixture is bone dry it is grinded to free flowing fine powder form. The environment for this process needs to be moisture free and room temperature needs to be maintained between 25 deg to 30 deg celcius. The micro-organisms get embedded with fuller’s earth and are now in a dormant state. The next step is to generate sources of macro and micro-nutrients, enzymes and multi-vitamins. For this we use various grains, cereals, pulses, seeds and herbs and grind them well to a free flowing fine powder. This process is also done at room temperature with no room for moisture. After the grinding is completed the two (2) powders i.e. the fuller’s earth carrying the various micro-organisms and their food made from grinding various grains, cereals, pulses, seeds and herbs are put in a mixture machine and mixed uniformly. Once this process is completed PlanTonic in dry form is ready for use.
